Use this guide to understand the full path, then continue according to your access. Public visitors stop at Launch Status; approved testers can continue through Account, AI Setup, a local project, and the first MAH Task.
Private Preview Access
The guide describes the complete MAH setup, but public access and approved test access have different next steps while public downloads are closed.

Read the workflow, resource, package, security, and recovery guidance now. Stop at Launch Status; this page does not create an account, download, purchase, waitlist place, or private-preview request.
View Launch StatusApproved Tester
On a Mac already signed in to the approved account, recover the installer from Production MAH App Account. If the handoff is unavailable, use the bounded installation path in Support.
MAH App (Dev) uses an isolated Dev account and cannot authorize a Production download. Support can troubleshoot approved access but cannot grant it.
Getting started
MAH App Onboarding keeps the current blocker and next step visible. You can close it, return later, and reopen Onboarding without rebuilding the setup from memory.
Public visitors stop at Launch Status while downloads are closed. Continue to installation only if MAH has already approved your private-preview test account.
View Launch StatusAfter installing with approved access, open MAH App and use Onboarding to sign in. Public visitors should not start this step while downloads are closed.
Open Approved Tester HelpConnect at least one supported provider and choose an available model. MAH works with Codex, Claude Code, Cursor Agent, GitHub Copilot, and Antigravity.

Review ReadinessCreate from a Project Template, start a blank project, or open an existing local folder. Choose the path that matches the work already in front of you.
Review the WorkflowDescribe the outcome you want, review the task, and submit it. When setup reaches All Set, the normal project workspace is ready for ongoing work.

Signing in or completing Checkout is not enough by itself. Start controlled MAH work only after the current Account view confirms all three readiness facts.
Package resources
Every package includes the same MAH capabilities. Package choices change only seats, account machines, and monthly agent time. Paid purchases begin from the signed-in MAH App Account view.
Seats are the people who can use a shared Team or Enterprise workspace. The workspace owner or billing admin manages purchased and assigned capacity.
Account machines are the Macs connected to the MAH account. MAH confirms the current Mac automatically when capacity is available.
Monthly agent time counts how long AI agents actively work during the UTC calendar month. Parallel agents count separately; queue and review time do not.
After a completed Checkout, keep Account open while MAH checks the same signed-in account. If the update still does not appear after automatic checking and Sync Status, do not start another Checkout; use Billing Help.
When setup stops
Reopen MAH App Onboarding first. It keeps the current Account, AI Setup, Automation, Project, or First Task blocker visible instead of asking you to diagnose the system from logs.
Check the current launch state, approved-tester access, installer availability, and setup steps for this Mac.
Use Billing Help for package choices, a Checkout that has not appeared, monthly agent time, seats, or account-machine capacity.
Return to AI Setup when a provider or model is unavailable. Use Support when the in-app recovery does not resolve the product problem.
Review the current local, MAH service, payment, and AI-provider boundaries, then use Privacy for data controls and requests.
Never send payment card details, account tokens, sign-in credentials, purchase links, project files, task text, or agent output by email.
