Start with the area that owns the issue. MAH keeps billing, installation, product feedback, and privacy actions separate so each request reaches the right recovery path.
Private Preview Installation
Public downloads are closed. Support cannot approve a private-preview account, so the next step depends on whether MAH has already approved your test account.

On a Mac already signed in to the approved account, open Account in Production MAH App. If the Account handoff or verified installer is unavailable, use the fixed Installation Help email.

Use Billing Help for package choices, Checkout recovery, monthly agent time, seats, account machines, invoices, payment methods, and cancellation.
Open Billing HelpChoose the private-preview path that matches your access. Public visitors can check launch status; approved testers can recover installation through Production MAH App or the fixed Installation Help email.
Choose Installation PathFor a problem inside MAH App, choose Report a Problem from the Help menu and send an identity-free summary. If the app cannot open, email MAH with what you were trying to do and what happened.
Email MAH SupportReview the current controls for customer lifecycle data, product feedback, billing details, and requests that need direct help from MAH.
Open Privacy ControlsEmail hello@mah.bot with the MAH product area, what you expected, what happened, and the approximate time. For billing delivery issues, send from the email used for the MAH account.
