Every package includes the same MAH capabilities. Choose by the seats, account machines, and monthly agent time your account needs. Individual packages use one monthly price; Team is billed per seat and pools monthly agent time across the account. Purchases begin from MAH App Account so checkout stays connected to the signed-in account.
Paid packages are recurring monthly subscriptions. Review the Service and Purchase Terms before completing Checkout.
All listed prices are in USD. Catalog totals exclude taxes, discounts, credits, and proration. Secure billing shows the final amount and any applicable adjustments before you confirm.

Know the Billing Lifecycle Before Checkout
Subscription renewal or cancellation dates are separate from the monthly agent-time reset. Review these billing facts before committing to a paid package.
Monthly Renewal
Review the final monthly price and, for seat packages, quantity in secure Checkout. Paid subscriptions renew monthly until canceled.
Manage or Cancel
Use Manage Billing from MAH App Account. The secure billing portal and Account show the effective renewal or cancellation date. Removing MAH App or an account machine does not cancel a subscription.
Refund Review
Refunds are not automatic. Request review from the email associated with the MAH account. Do not start another Checkout while a payment or refund is under review.
Monthly Agent Time Controls
Monthly agent time is the account-level work allowance. Seat packages add the per-seat allowance into one pooled account total, so a 10-seat Team starter includes 1,000,000 pooled minutes / month. Desktop surfaces show remaining time, usage period, and the current Account view action before users start more work.
MAH counts the time each AI agent is actively working on an attempt. Parallel agents count separately, and an attempt that fails or is canceled still uses the time it actually ran. Queue time, time spent reviewing results, and time between agent runs are not counted.
Monthly agent time resets once each month. Your Account shows the exact reset time in this computer’s local time. This reset is separate from the subscription renewal or cancellation date.
